Delta Fruit Salad Mix
Mixes have become very popular—much more so than in the past. They now occupy six out of the Top Ten pansy cultivars we sell, and we sell over 50 varieties. Clear pansies take up the other four spots in the Top Ten, specifically yellow, blue, purple, and deep orange. Unfortunately, the only notable blotch, ‘Delta Premium Yellow Blotch’, faded off the Top Ten three years ago.
Delta Pure Colors Mix
Clear pansies are key for color blocking in a design and they look impressive from a distance, but when it comes to efficiency—and convenience—it’s hard to beat a mix. Shades have been matched ahead of time so beds and containers look great quickly with less labor, less maintenance, and more bang for the buck.
Here’s a rundown of our top six mixes:
- Delta Fruit Salad Mix radiates warmth in shades of red, gold, orange, and violet; the violet is a faced variety.
- Dynamite Clear Mix consists of all clear blooms in a bold spectrum of colors including lavender, purple, red, yellow, and white.
- Delta Pure Colors Mix is another bold mix of ten clear, faceless jewel tones including white, yellow, orange, red, lavender, purple, and blue shades; the blue sets it apart from Dynamite Clear Mix.
- Delta Watercolors Mix combines clear and blotched pastel varieties for a soft, flowing look; flower shades include blue, pink, primrose, orange, and white.
- Delta Buttered Popcorn Mix is a cheerful, yellow-themed combination of clear shades including golden yellow, primrose, and white.
- Delta Cool Water Mix follows a cool blue motif; pure white wades into a sea of blue shades, including one blotch variety: ‘Blue with Blotch’.
