‘Christmas Feelings Pink’

Red and white are the VIPs (Very Important Poinsettias) of holiday décor and pink is right behind them. We like pink—it lightens the mood and takes a design in a subtler, slightly exotic direction. A unique color at this time of year makes a difference; it heightens the interest in a display when the goal is to stand out from the classic crowd.

Christmas Season Mix

This year we’re trying a new twist on our traditional poinsettias. Our two most popular VIP colors, red and white, are often used together for striking contrast in a display, so we thought we’d make life easy and plant them up in the same pot. 

A head start on holiday décor helps make the busy season go smoothly; just group these together, or use one as an accent for quick classic Christmas color. They also make great gifts. Numbers are limited, so if our poinsettia combos spark your interest be sure to place your order early:

Christmas Joy adds pink to the mix

Christmas Joy Mix is a trio of traditional holiday shades: classic red and white with the addition of pink. This combo is available in 8.5-inch round pots.

 
Instant holiday color for the living room or dining table

We used to call them hanging baskets until we realized that we rarely see them hanging, except for occasionally in churches. One of our beautiful poinsettia baskets is more likely to be found on the holiday dinner table—as a wide, full centerpiece that’s low enough to see over at mealtime. It’s also an easy way to bring holiday color into the living room when set atop a coffee table or by the fireplace.

Our 10-inch baskets are filled with Christmas Beauty poinsettias. We like them for their dense, star-shaped bracts and thick, sturdy stems. They also have a nice V-shaped growth habit, with excellent branching and striking dark green foliage. You’ll notice that the bracts are mid-sized; these plants grow at a moderately vigorous pace as well, so overall they’re easy to manage.
