Rio Grande™ Portulacas

For hanging baskets that last through the hot days of high summer, go with the big, bold blooms of the Rio Grande™ series. These vivid, tropical-looking flowers reach up to 2 inches across, covering the plants with a mass of color. As you can see, the contrasting bright yellow centers make them all the more eye-catching. 

We’ve got our schedule nailed down for Field Day, taking place this year on Thursday, August 20th at the picturesque Vinoklet Winery. In keeping with tradition, the Retail session will meet in the morning followed by the Landscape session in the afternoon. During each session we’ll tour our display gardens at Diefenbacher, and at the midday break we’ll enjoy a delicious lunch at Vinoklet.
